Janiene Palmeri - Buffalo Agent of Distinction
Hello! I’m Janiene Palmeri and I’m passionate about helping people realize the dream of home ownership and getting the most value out of their investment when they are ready to sell.
As co-owners of a 42-unit apartment complex in Amherst, I have been in property management with my husband, Steve, since 2004 and have held my real estate license since 2012. I believe in combining work experience along with life experience when helping real estate customers. For example, I have relocated west to east coast and use that experience to better serve people that are relocating in/out of our area. And my property management experience and past volunteerism with Habitat for Humanity enhances the level of customer service I provide.
In addition to being a real estate agent, I am also a staunch animal lover and strong believer in giving back to our community. It gives me great pleasure to volunteer and support Asha’s Farm Animal Sanctuary and donate a portion of my commissions to this rescue.
